Step 1: Is your date available?!

Step 2: YAY! It's available... lets chat!

Fill out the inquiry form below as best you can and I'll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible. Should you like to move forward with booking us, a contract will be emailed and a 50% deposit will be required to get your date locked in. 

Step 3: DRY BAR...so let's fill it!

We are a DRY BAR, meaning you fill it and we serve it! Our customers will be in charge of supplying The Trough Mobile Bar with their custom goodies. Don't worry, we'll make this as easy as possible. After your deposit is made, I will email you a digital PREP form. You'll utilize this form as a guide to assist you in stocking the bar and we'll use the form to help us prepare for your big day! 

The guide will go over necessities such as:

  • Wine, Beer, Champagne

  • Glassware Rentals

  • Plastic/Paper Goods

  • Catering/Food Items

  • Personal Touches (music, wedding colors, etc.)

Step 4 (Optional) : Signature Drink Menu Planning

Taste buds differ greatly which is why we'll supply you with a digital TASTE PROFILE form. Once received, menu planning can begin! Our goal is to put the "signature" in signature drink! We'll also supply you with a custom shopping list for an easy shopping experience!

Step 5: Final Check In & Payment

Prior to the event, I'll be getting in touch with the point of contact to confirm and check in. The remaining payment is due 2 weeks before the event date. I highly suggest you have someone other than yourself as the point of contact for the day of your event. You might handle it like a boss but you should be focused on having fun and making the best memories of your life!
